I live in Minneapolis, Minnesota with my husband and two young children. I am a devoted mother, wife, health junkie, and yoga teacher. I have been practicing yoga for 14 years and believe that through devotion to the ancient teachings of yoga one can find liberation and a deeper connection of the body, mind, and spirit. As one becomes more liberated through the practice of yoga, peace and stillness are attained. This peace can bring deep healing and connection to ones internal wisdom. My life has been transformed and enriched by studying, practicing, and teaching yoga and I am passionate about sharing this gift. My class is energizing and enhances the mind-body connection, through focusing on detailed alignment, breath control and meditation. I am devoted to practicing and learning, and forever grateful to all my teachers and guides along the way, especially my main influence Julie Rader and the Mukti Yoga School.
